RETURN POLICY

1.- When Commercial Returns are valid

You can return your purchase for any reason, within fourteen days of the date of delivery of the product, to make the return of an order, it must be in PERFECT CONDITIONS AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITHOUT UNSCIPED OR USE. In the case of products that involve activation of services, it will not be possible to return them once activated or contracted (e.g. SIM cards associated with telecommunications services), since this product is already permanently associated with its buyer.

Step 1. The User must send to our e-mail address info@berchusmovil.com the following information:

  • Name and e-mail address with which the purchase was made.
  • Order number and date.
  • Name and value of the products to be returned
  • Reason for the return.

Step 2. The user will bear the return costs. www.berchusmovil.com will not accept any return due. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the following information, in a visible place on the outside of the shipment, otherwise the return cannot be handled.

  • Customer's first and last name.
  • Order number and date.
  • Customer phone number.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Return order number (provided by our Customer Service).

Step 3. Once the product has been received in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and unused in our warehouse, www.berchusmovil.com, will proceed to process the data received and to refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, by the same way in which the payment was made, within a maximum period of fifteen days.

www.berchumovil.com, you will not accept any return that does not meet the above conditions.

2.- If the product has been damaged during shipping.
If you receive a package whose products have been damaged during shipping, the customer will have to make an entry on the proof of transport and will have to send an e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

You will then be provided with the return documentation.
The moment our warehouse receives the return and verfies that everything is correct, we will proceed to the shipment of a new order.

3.- If the product has a defect during the 14 days after receipt.

You are entitled to a product change for the same model as the one defective within 7 days of receipt of the product. To do this you must send us the complete product with its packaging and all components.
In case of no availability of the same product, www.berchusmovil.com reserves the right to replace it with a similar, higher one or to make effective the refund of the amount paid by it.

4.- If you receive an incorrect product

You can return the product to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. To do this you must ship the product in perfect condition and without opening. Contact us via tfno.: 655.147.432 or by emailing info@berchusmovil.com2.- When Commercial Returns Are NOT Allowed

5.- Products that involve the contracting and/or activation of associated services (e.g. SIM cards).

Given the nature of these products, once unsealed and/or activated these products cannot be returned.

In the case of products that involve portability between operators they cannot be cancelled once requested.

6.- Breakdowns outside normal use or a base defect

If the breakdowns are outside the normal use of the product or the damage has not been reflected in the proof of transport, the order will be refunded to the customer in due charge.

7.- If your product has a defect between 14 days and 2 years

date of receipt.
